Well, there was a rocky mountain flow dj that was stolen in the area, I know for a fact that a friend of yours was accused by MANY people of stealing it AND having it in his back yard for quite some time. Those wheels are off of a flow dj... in fact when you zoom in you can see RMB on the hub. The fork is also stock from a RM flow dj.
